Dr. Patricia (Patsy) Roberts Cleere

Patsy Cleere is a lifelong resident of San Angelo, Texas. She is a wife, mother, educator, and lifelong student. Dr. Cleere obtained her PhD from Texas Tech University in the field of Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis on Teacher Education. Patsy's educational experience include 25 years of teaching at the elementary level and as a principal, also at the elementary level.

Dr. Cleere holds a B.S. and M.Ed. from Angelo State University as well as her PhD. She holds a superintendent's certification and is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and the Association of Recovery Schools.
